Food Services
The goal of the San Bruno Park School District Food Service department is to serve healthy, appetizing meals at a reasonable cost to all our students in order to promote health today and in the future. As partners in education, we support our students with nutritious meals in order for students to be ready to learn in the classroom and to reach their highest academic potential.
Menus are planned to be consistent with all State and Federal requirements as well as the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. School meals are available everyday school is in session including field trip days.
Applications for free or reduced meal benefits are available everyday of the year. Applications are sent home the first week of school with all students. In addition, applications are available at all school offices, as well as, as the District Office the entire school year. All information is confidential and no overt identification is made of children receiving free or reduced price meals.

Meal payments can be made by cash, check, or by on-line credit card transaction. At the elementary schools, put payment in an envelope with the child’s full name on the envelope and on the check, if paying by check. The Envelopes can be dropped off at the school office or in the classroom. Payment can be for a single meal or for as many meals as you wish to deposit into the student’s account. At Parkside Intermediate School, students can make payments any time the cafeteria is open for service.
Credit card transactions are made at the www.MyNutriKids.com web site. In order to set up the student’s account, you will have to have the student’s identification number. That information can be obtained from the school office. There is a $1.75 convenience fee charged for each transaction. More than one child in the family can be on the account. Deposits can be made into each child’s account at the same time and be considered only one transaction. You will also be able to access your child’s transaction history for the last 30 days as well as their account balance. Information is updated a minimum of three times a day.
