Welcome to Rollingwood
Welcome to the Rollingwood School Webpage. As we move into the 2012-2013 school year Rollingwood will be working to become an eco-friendly high tech school environment. This webpage will be a clearinghouse of information with postings of all important information and communications from the school to the community. We will also be asking our families to commit to electronic communication exclusively this year. To be included in this program please complete the Electronic Communication Form and return it to the school so we can begin cutting the costs associated with printed communication and help the environment by limiting our usage of paper. The schools PTA is participating in this program as well so to receive e-mail communication from them exclusively please include your signature on that area of the form. Thank you and I am looking forward to a great year.
Rollingwood Vision Statement
At Rollingwood, we have high expectations for all of our students. We strive to work collaboratively with one another to help our students reach their academic potential. By bringing together parents and community for various educational and social programs, we envision a school where all of our students and families feel included. We provide a safe, friendly, encouraging and academically rigorous learning environment for our students. Rollingwood is committed to developing critical thinkers, ethical citizens and lifelong learners who are contributing members of our community.
Safety Committee
Safety is a top priority at Rollingwood. We will be having a safety meeting on Thursday, January 24th at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria to look at school safety including the parking lot pick-up and drop-off procedures.
